Feedback gevenThis was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I had to ask for the table to be wiped, and even then only 10% of it was actually clean. When our drinks arrived, they were half-spilt and the server simply walked away without addressing it. I had to clean up the mess myself. The server also didn't know which drink was which in the cokes we ordered. When the food finally arrived, my cheeseburger had no cheese on it, only for the server to bring a slab of cheese later on. My order was also incorrect. The option to take away items from the menu should be followed. Overall, it seems like the staff could benefit from returning to the basics of service.
We ordered food and a drink through the app. The food arrived quickly, but the drinks were missing. When our food arrived, one of us asked about the drinks at the bar, only to be told that they hadn't even been processed yet and there were 40 orders ahead of us. We finished our food, but still didn't receive our drinks. The customer service was lacking, with staff showing little interest in customers asking about their drinks. Many other patrons were also inquiring about their orders. The steak was undercooked, but we didn't have time to request a replacement. By the time we finally got our drinks, we didn't have enough time to finish them. The restaurant was understaffed due to a show at the Grove, resulting in unclean tables and dirty chairs. While the prices were low and the atmosphere was casual, the service was disappointing.

We are in here tonight 8/6/23 had a meal and two drinks decided to order a drink on the app we ordered 20.35. Drinks arrived 21.10 in the meantime we got the drink at the bar which was busy I had nearly finished that so didn’t want the one that arrived 40 mins later that so asked if she would refund for the one she brought over she tutted and walked of with the drink , so so rude so when I went to her at the bar and said are you going to refund me and asked why she walked off she said she didn’t like being spoken to like that …. Like what I’m bemused , she said it wasn’t 40 mins we have the order time on the app so now I am a liar to . Weatherspoons you do get busy but you so need to improve in customer care and not back your rude staff all the time . Totally out of order , not impressed at all . She had the cheek to ask me to leave too !!’ Needless to say I’m still here writing this review .
Came for a meal before visiting the theatre. The place was very busy, and the tables were filthy so not a good start.Bar staff were ok, but the great big clunky cameras they were wearing was a little off putting,there also seemed quite a few staff who were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving anyone.Food arrived cold and barely edible.Next time I will leave earlier and go elsewhere.
