The Bon Pavillion - Central Coast

The Central Coast is renowned for its natural beauty, beaches, recreational activities, and laid-back atmosphere. We love taking day trips to the area, as it's only an hour away from Sydney, and it's even better to spend a weekend exploring. One of our favorite things to do is try out new cafes and restaurants in the region, and that's exactly what we did at Bon Pavilion. This restaurant has definitely earned a spot on our list of places to return to, as it is undoubtedly one of the best regional dining experiences we've had.

Stars Gosford brings a touch of sophistication to the Central Coast, a region known more for its laid-back beach culture. Australian business mogul John Singleton has brought his vision to life with the Bon Pavilion, a new restaurant located in Gosford just a short walk from the waterfront. The restaurant is situated at the base of the luxurious Bonython Tower, part of Singleton's growing portfolio of upscale properties in the area. Singleton is no stranger to the Central Coast, with other luxury accommodations in Killcare and Mount White, as well as the glamorous bakery Saddles. With the success of his latest development, Ravello Residences, Singleton has set his sights on creating a high-end dining experience for locals and visitors alike. To bridge the gap between Gosford and Sydney, Singleton has enlisted Executive Chef Sean Connolly to lead the culinary team at Bon Pavilion. Fans of Connolly's cooking will not be disappointed.
