Costa Coffee - Central Dr, Hornchurch

Baristas, there were 4 but were so slow in making coffee of customers in front of me that I ended up going tonone of its competitors. Ustomer Service has declined considerably here in recent months. Very disappointing.

Always a few baristas who give basically hot, watery milk with no chocolate... Yet they still insist it is hot chocolate?! Rip off

Not a fan of Costa coffee but seems to taken over NHS hospitals. Medium Americano should only have maximum 2 shots in it. More takes awfully bitter and harsh.

I think I might be addicted... yet another great Costa. Usual standards and excellent coffee. Pleasant staff and plenty of seating.

Comfortable place to sit nd really friendly staff who always seem to remember how I like my coffee.
