Delicious Authentic Caribbean Cuisine

I dont understand some of the negative reviews here. Everything I have had from this place has been delicious (as the name says). The oxtail, plantain, colesaw, fried fish and brown stew fish have all been sublime, looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Sadly, I have to echo Sade's review from 2 weeks back. Lady on the counter comes across as unfriendly and disinterested. Calalloo, my particular favourite, £3.50 and inedible, barky, tough, unstripped so went straight into the bin. Learning the customer service lesson is so overdue, time it was learned, especially as the food (stew chicken Oxtail) is average at best, scope for improvement all round, I hope it's heeded and the business goes from strength to strength.

Where should I start, the attitude from the server from the get go was off putting just by going into the shop. No welcome or interest in who came into her shop. Ordered two dinners and both were disappointing and BLAND!!! Jerk chicken was undercooked and pink inside. Honestly you’re better off going to another shop for the prices you put for rubbish.

This is the best place to get Proper Caribbean food I was pleased with the food and the staff. I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends and family.

I spent the evening with friends at Delicious Restaurant in Mitcham, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch; every request we made was met with enthusiasm, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The background music was perfectly balanced—not too loud, allowing for easy conversation while still creating a relaxed atmosphere. The overall ambiance was inviting and made for a delightful evening. I wholeheartedly recommend Delicious Restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful time!
