Feedback gevenIt’s a shame I can’t put 0 star. Literally the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The Kurdish guy I talked to was EXTREMELY RUDE, got very aggressive when I asked a simple question and doesn’t know a word in English. Please, however hired this guy to get him fired ASAP because he is ruining this place.
This spot is excellent! Good pricing, big dishes and the employees are constantly nice.
Charged me 2.40 for a tiny mocca coffee when the menu was stating 2 quid. When questioned about it and pointing at the price menu I was given some nonsense about it being a large one. (would have been nice to have been asked about that also only one price on the menu for a mocca).Left me feeling robbed so wont be going back. Needs customer service training and Costa is about 4-5 times the size.
Called to ask about pizza sizes. He said you're undecided so I cant take my time with you. Then he hung up the phone. Phone call was less than one minute.
I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the lack of customer service I received from here tonight. I ordered a set 2 menu consisting of 2x pizzas 1x garlic bread and a bottle of coke. I ordered in person and asked for the food to be delivered. I gave my address to which the server repeated back to me for confirmation. I was told a 30 minute wait which would allow me enough time to walk home. 50 minutes later, no food so I called up to chase up the order only to be met with "you ordered to 117 and NOT 197. Now, why would I do that? When I explained that I was not prepared to be delivered cold pizza at the error of the server I was told that it was MY error? Now, why would I ask him to deliver to an address that doesn 't belong to me?!!! I am so annoyed at the way I was treated that I 'll NEVEr order from here again. Any potential customer would be wise not to either. I wouldve rates this venue a 0 star had there have been the option to do so!!! As a regular customer, I expected better treatment but NO!!! This venue has gone down hill!!!
