I am an American living in London. The Bangers were perfect. The mashed potatoes were firm and the onion gravy was wonderful. That is enough for us to rate this well!!!
Your pub and staff were great but one thing I could suggest would increase your turnover at least 20 percent. After sitting in your pub for 2 hours I noticed people coming in looking for food and walking out. I know why and it's so simple it's unreal.
