Medley Market - Central Dr, Hornchurch

For somewhere we have been going years as a family favourite this was an awful experience. Seems new owner, so unfriendly an miserable, food was burnt and tasteless. When flagged complaint with owner basically shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Also hadn't acked the advertised free kids meal on weekend as waited to 501 to serve us, no Biggie but a little bit of friendliness wouldn't have Gone a miss. Bring back the old desperados and owners.

Excellent food and great service. Very friendly staff that did everything possible to ensure we had a good meal.

It was alright. Nice attentive staff. The set meal offers on the website not actually available which was frustrating. It came to just under £80 for me and my sis. This seemed a lot to me as I only had 1 beer and my sister just the 2 glasses of wine. I left feeling like I always do after Mexican restaurants basically is that it? Nothing special tonight but definitely eatable tho my own attempts with the El Paso kits much better and of course a fraction of the price

Colourful Mexican cantina serving a good selection of dishes. Friendly servers and nice ambiance. Food was of a good standard and portion size was large. We used a Groupon voucher and very much enjoyed it. Second visit yesterday with friends. Food was again very good. Restaurant however was very quiet. This did not stop our enjoyment though.

I went there last night, and my eldest daughter treated me. The food and atmosphere were nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter had visited Desperados before it changed, and she mentioned that the food was much better back then. They do inform you upon entering that you have to share a table with others, which I’m not entirely sure about. Personally, though, it doesn’t bother me.
