Starbucks Coffee

Small Starbucks with a lot of busy, staff. Food and drinks both nice sausage baps, cinnamon rolls, a frappucino and a lovely, hot cup of tea.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS PLACE. They ask names only not to call them when your order is ready. I ordered almond milk drink for my friend who’s lactose intolerant and when my order was ready instead of stating the drink or calling it by the name, they just called it by the drink name which I didn’t know if it was ours, after a while, I had to ask for the drink and they basically told me that they only call drinks and customers have to go read the cups to find out which drink is their, so I asked how I was going to know it was mine if they did not even say the type of milk that was inside… after going back and forth trying to get my point across, I asked for a refund ‘cause I did not want to argue with anyone and it was just impossible. They called the manager who came over and basically told me the same with attitude and said that it was not their job to call the drinks by names when they are busy. I work in customer service and when I see this type of behaviour I just can’t believe it. This place was the worse of all the places I have been to. I just can’t believe the distasteful way not only members but also manager in charge they have of treating customers. Shame.

The cake and coffee were okay but the service was very slow and not very efficient. Costa and Pret offer the same and usually the service is better and faster.

A small but nice Starbucks shop in the Surrey Quays shopping center at ground floor. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. They have a variety of hot and cold beverages. They also keep lots of snacking options like chips , muffins , cupcakes , cookies , croissants , sandwiches , juices , chocolates, etc. They also sell Starbucks merchandise there. Being a small shop, it is generally crowded with fully occupied seating area and expect a queue for orders too. They also do takeaways. The service is quick.

I understand the place is busy and dont get me wrong our drink was lovely but the customer service I recieved today was very poor. I asked for help due to being on crutches but all I got was a look as if I had 2 heads. Staff need to be more mindfull to people who ask for help. We r not doing it to be lazy we are asking for help for a good reason. Came in 4.1.23 for coffee and cake with husband. Again which was amazing. However the service from staff was better but I asked for help but I had to go up for our drinks as they wouldn't help. This needs to be addressed
