Tgi Fridays O2 Arena

This rating is purely based on my experience here. The service was pleasant. The food took a while to come as did the beverages. The wings looked very over cooked and were chewy but were surprisingly nice (don’t know if that’s because I was hungry).

Terrible experience. The woman that greeted us was lovely but it went downhill from there. We were sat at our table for about 20 minutes before anyone even came over we ordered two cocktails a starter and two mains. The cocktails took a further 30 minutes to come and we were given no cutlery to eat our starter with and no staff were to be seen to ask so we had to eat it with our hands. By the time our main came we still hadn’t been given any cutlery and luckily managed to ask someone or we wouldn’t of gotten any either. They had hardly any food available and even the food we did order the chicken strips didn’t come with the correct sauce. We ordered the big sharing cocktails but they just gave us them in a normal glass which is not what we paid for the only reason we didn’t complain is because they were 241. I will definitely not be returning as this is the second bad experience I’ve had here.

Limited menu as there was an event on that night but the food I ordered was great. Can’t go wrong with the JD glaze chicken for starters. For the main I had a chicken burger and beer battered onion rings. YUMMY!

Never going back. On the arrival, been greeted by a rude lady who looks like that she hates working there. I’ve asked her if I can borrow a cleaning spray to wipe out seats as they were covered in oil and crumbles and she said ok, I’ll send someone. She went to speak with her colleagues, then disappeared in the kitchen while me and my son was standing and waiting. Finally she came back and I thank her for the help I’m always very polite and respectful with everyone. Food was disappointing, ordered grilled chicken that was definitely frozen and undercooked still pink inside! Chewy and just horrible to eat so I left it. I’ve ordered chicken strips for the starter and they brought mozzarella sticks, I didn’t want to argue so just ignored it. Ladies toilets 4 out of 5 cubicles were out of order, and the one that open was blocked. Hazardous signs lying on the floor outside the toilets. Floor sticky and in general the place is dirty. Definitely not going back.

This by far is the worst branch I've been to which is upsetting everyone loves tgi. It's started with ordering the meal, which they then came back one by one to tell us they didn't have things for the kids ice creams, they didn't have sweetcorn for sides, they didn't have sour cream for potatoe skins, was just one thing after another I then ordered a main of Rib eye steak meduim rare I sent it back 2 times as it was very much not meduim rare. I over heard a customer on the table over complain about the same thing . The food took around 45 mins to be served and when they did bring me a new steak they forgot my tomato.which I asked for 3 times 3 different people and it took 25 mins for it to come out and was served which a piece of lettuce and sauce on top which was ridiculous. so I was left hungry as I couldn't eat the food I didn't enjoy. the pink colada cocktail was great loved it and the waitress hannah was absolutely amazing it wasn't her fault things were missing and taking long to arrive she was absolutely amazing she ordered the food correctly and we double checked so it wasn't her fault at all. Hannah and the cocktail was the only great thing about my visit but I went home hungry
