I tried this food truck for the first time earlier this month. They were going to be outside of lake Chabot theatre in Castro valley in and we had planned to watch a movie so it was a perfect meal to take inside. When I say that this place knows how to season their food I mean it. I ordered their popular surf n turf quesa taco and oh mah god. Amazing. The shrimp itself is sautéed with so much flavor. On its own would be amazing but then combined with the cheese and steak *chefs kiss* it's everything I could ever want in a taco. The only thing with this place is the wait time can be a little long but it's mostly because they are cooking everything fresh, so to me I don't mind waiting a bit for quality food. I follow their instagram page to see when they will be in Castro valley since it's close to my house and they are always posting updates, calendars and new themed menu items. Also the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend El Sazon.

I FINALLY got to go for lunch! The picture of the taco below was from last week and it was DELICIOUS ! But when I went yesterday, I got 3 queso asada and a watermelon dragon fruit drink! (I was starving and forgot to take a picture ‍ but when I say their food is AH-MAZIINNNGGG! My God on today!! Everything is seasoned so well The person who took our order was kind and patient. And they made sure our order was correct! I absolutely can't wait to go back!

Best tacos hands down. Love the green salsa. Surf and turf is my favorite. Line can get long but worth the wait
