Feedback gevenWe popped in about an hour to close. My husband got a burger and onion chips, and I got mussels and a side salad. Everything was fine. The wait staff was professional. There were 2 other tables and they were dressed nice. When you go in the front door, you have to go left almost halfway into the next room (bar) to see the hotels stand. Looks like they have a large patio with an outside bar that is probably used on the weekends. We were there mid week. The ac was on, and I was freezing. Bring a sweater/jacket. We didn't travel. We were headed back from one of my kids' lessons.
Enjoyed a good Dinner of whitefish with crab stuffing at the restaurant
Rooms don 't have TV or a small fridge. They 're is a common area at the end of the hall, where you get a shelf in a shared fridge, that all other guests have access to. The restaurant is frequently busy and chronically understaffed. When we asked to speak to the manager, a rude woman in a chefs apron came out and informed us they where understaffed (no kidding). Judging by this managers attitude, it 's not a mystery why they are understaffed. Food was decent for the high prices, that is, if they have the inventory on hand to make the stuff on the menu (hit or miss, at best). Overall, not worth the trip unless you have to come to Central Lake for something, otherwise, stay in Bellaire.
Fantastic restaurant in our little town. As a local we appreciate great dining with friendly service year round with a fun atmosphere and good food. There are interesting events and specials and the staff have always been so intuitive, understanding and efficient. My Mom passed away last year and this was one of her favorite places to go as a family.
Food drinks: Service was horrible once we got to order my husband's food came out after multiple times of asking for it .So bad that they boxed his to go since we were all done and traveling with a toddler.mind you this is after he huge hurricane margarita .so nothing on his stomache at all but the ?. Really shifty service . And the steak I ordered was horrible tasted like they marinated it in liquid smoke. My grandsons Alfredo was butter melted Mozzarella and onion. Gross to say the least. We had pb j after spending alot of money.
