They did it have the drink she wanted so the fan favorite strawberry and chocolate cake wasn’t available. Never heard of that and very disappointed…

Extremely disrespectful. We orederd two large chocolate dipped cones and they gave us the smallest cones ever, after I asked them if this a large they said yes and closed the window on me when I was talking. From the starting of the transaction to the ending they were extremely passive agrressive. Correcting every little thing I said.

We often get lunch at the location in Central Point, we order chicken strip baskets. they are dry, chicken is tough, fries are old and soft. Sunday I had to wait 15 minutes with family for the same disappointment, it should have been fresh, it was not! will not be returning.

The burger wasn't quite hot enough and they've started giving smaller sundaes at the central point location but the people and atmosphere are still top notch!

Foods alright but there customer service is so terrible i don’t even wanna go to this dairy queen anymore, idk if it’s the same for all but this one’s customer service sucks so bad
