An absolute delight. I stop in there frequently for a nice BEC and fresh brewed cup of coffee. Friendly and prompt staff

There’s Less seasoning on these bagels than Dunkin’ Donuts.I just think if you’re gonna get charged almost $3 for a bagel with cream cheese, it should be covered in the toppings, no? You can barely taste the seasoning. It’s almost like a real everything bagel farted on a plain bagel and sent it on its way for sale. Like the flavor is a distant reminder of what an everything bagel should taste like.And unfortunately the Bagels are dry, and practically stale. They are more bread like than bagel. Not very soft and chewy like the ones you’d find elsewhere.I give the stars to the staff cause they are just doing what they can with what they’ve got.

Bacon egg and cheese and 6 bagels. Got charged 19.00 bucks. Really? 1st and last time there. This is how you destroy your business. So sad

Best coffee, bagel and cream cheese. Yes prices are high but where prices aren't high businesses need to raise prices in order to maintain the business, employees aren't working anymore for ten dollars an hour so how is a business supposed to keep if there are not employees people complain of poor service but want to pay a dollar for a bagel. In my experience and I go there at least two or three times a week everything is good one time they forgot to put a muffin in my order they charged it but when I got home there was no muffin they called just few minutes after to apologize cause I ordered on the phone we are all humans and no perfect. I love the bagels family and friends who don't live near here and try their bagels and cream cheese always ask where they sell them. One time my husband said he was going to js deli because is cheap well I told him go for it none of kids ate them lol you can't compare definitely you get what you pay for

This place is trash! Employees there don't know what they are doing. There is always someone new behind the counter and the food is done with terrible taste, overcooked or undercooked. There are a bunch of young school kids behind the counter who can't cook, can't fallow instructions and are extremely slow. Within the past year the quality of this place declined tremendously.
