Let me 1st say that I’ve always been a Starbucks lover have great rapport with many staff members at OTHER nearby locations. However THIS location, Centralia WA, has always been a bad experience for me! I get pushback when I ask for my drink to be made as ordered in the app, I get pushback when I ask for a certain of scoops of the fruit inclusions. The odd thing is that I’m never asking for more than what was ordered charged for yet the staff acts like I’m asking for a gold bar for free treats me like a petulant child when I try to request that they please just make a the beverages as I ordered it. They also act as if the extras I ask for (and PAY for) are coming out of their own checks! I’m not asking for anything free, I just want what I ordered how I ordered it without being given a hard time about it! It’s almost every single visit!My experience has been that When I pick up beverages for other people in my family who have their own account there is never an issue with their drinks and it’s always customized to the max, I only ever get pushback when it’s MY mobile order!In a rural setting there aren’t many options of going to another location I don’t feel like I should HAVE to go somewhere else just to get my Starbucks beverages made as ordered paid for! My request is NOT unreasonable yet I’m treated like a Nuisance every time I place an order at THIS location! Chehalis a Grand Mound have far superior customer service have never had a negative experience at either of them. The opposite is true of this, Centralia, location.
$4.25 for a grande cup of water. See photos for reference.I ordered 2 Carmel macchiatos, and a small ice water with strawberries... they charged me for a tea and strawberries on top of that. When I asked why they are charging me for tea when it's plain ice water in a cup and not only charging me a cup fee and for the berries the girl said sorry that's how I was told to charge it. I asked again why I am being charged for tea when there was plain water and she simply said sorry again and she didn't really know. I've never had this issue before at any starbucks where I have ordered plain water and berries. It's poor customer service and training. ....I'm not interested in supporting a company that miss charges and when asked about it a employee says I'm sorry idk, this is how I was told to charge
A fairly standard Starbucks, it did seem very clean and well organized.
Merry Christmas to this Starbucks Crew! Thank you for being open as we traveled home. We were in need of a pick me up!
