The two gentlemen working at this restaurant were extremely courteous and quick in preparing our delicious meal. We will definitely be returning in the future. They showed great patience when our children needed some time to decide on their orders.

I am 70 years old and have had the best experience of my life at this restaurant. I have been dining at DQ for over 20 years and the service is exceptional. There is a gentleman named Harry who is very friendly and provides excellent service. I truly enjoy dining here and appreciate their low prices. They are the best!

If Omar Farooq is still the owner, please thank him for giving me a job when I was young. It helped me buy my first and second car. I am grateful for his support. Just as Shaq Qureshi got rich from his birth certificate and Michael Jordan rose to fame after my birth, may good karma come back to all the people in this place. Bless this restaurant. I will always love you. Good deeds always pay off.

I came in and got 2 dipped cones for my kids. One exploded on the top and was leaking all over. I had already paid. I politely asked the kid working if he could remake it after seeing my daughters eyes in disappointment. The owner runs out of the back and tells me we can’t remake your cone you can buy another one or I can give your a refund and don’t come back. All this in front of my kids! I have been coming here for 15 years and this is what I got for my loyal patronage. I proceeded to question why he was behaving like this and he proceeded to explain me that he would loose 0.80 cents if he made me another one, and told me to take a refund of $6 and toss the cones. I was like “ are you being serious right now!?” I had asked my kids to step out, as I could tell the owner was becoming erratic and I had to set things straight. After enough arguing he agreed to remake the cone and eat the .80 cost. A real beacon of customer service! SMH ??‍

My wife and I have been coming here for a number of years now. Have never had a bad experience. Typically are served by the same guy who always seems to be there- feels very much like going to a local ice cream place even if it is a DQ.
