Lab No.1 Asian Bistro - Centreville

I think this place is underestimated. they have a series of Japanese, Thai, Korean foods and Vietnamese foods! I love how to order sushi and pho if I wanted to go without going to 2 different places. I have many days when I'm on the chew, what to eat, so I feel like I want in lab no 1 since they all sort. so far I have tried her sushi, allurice, don pas (cream pasta with pork cutlet,) and pad thai. so far everything is good! I think their more specificity is sushi and some Japanese dishes. I still have to try their Korean dishes that I will try next time!

The ddukbokki at this restaurant was extremely expensive and excessively salty. When we requested a replacement, it appeared that they simply added water and returned it to us. Suspicious. Definitely not worth $16-18 for a bowl of ddukbokki. Additionally, it seems like they have raised prices on some items, but ddukbokki doesn't require any expensive ingredients unless they are using premium organic eggs and authentic fish cake from Korea. Overall, it has turned into a mediocre Korean restaurant in Nowa.

The dinner about eats. we have a part of the Tonkotsu and volcanic wheels, and we are disappointed by both. while the broth tasted well and there was a lot of noodles, there were two small pieces of pork in each part and the egg was also boiled incorrectly. hard boiled egg in ramen is a sin! only eggs, please! we have eaten twice from the laborr. 1, but this will be our last time. I recommend that the restaurant focus on quality I would like to pay more for the rammen if they only contain more meat in it!

I used to love coming to this restaurant for their delicious Galbi Pho. However, I recently visited and was disappointed to find that the price has been raised by 41%, from $16.95 to $23.95. I understand that many restaurants are increasing prices, but a 41% increase seems excessive. When I asked a government agency about it, they agreed that 41% is too much. If I could, I would give this place a 0-star rating.
