Service the worst. instead of making food they order, refund the money and close the doors. I gave this place so many tries about the years, but the customer service is horrid, they do not care about them or their hard earned money. they are rude and negligent. I will never reappear food in this facility!!!
I have to agree with the negative reviews about this restaurant. It really should consider losing its license. The manager has a bad attitude, and things like dirty glasses and an unclean dining room carpet suggest that the place has not been properly cleaned in months. I am surprised at the lack of attention to important things like kitchen cleanliness and customer service. The person who answers the phone is always rude. I regret having been a patron for so many years. I now drive somewhere else for pizza, but I do like Leathero's. Despite some issues with their pizza in the past, they are usually better than this unfriendly establishment. The cleanliness of the kitchen should be left to health inspectors. Perhaps Ledo's should make unannounced visits or have the franchise owner intervene unless they are part of the problem. I doubt they would be happy with the daily operations if they were undercover.
We went to foot last night at 7:30 to eat. with a handwritten sign, no dine in. we went unwillingly into the opposite to go, and no one was there, so we left. we love ledos and this is the closest to us, but unfortunately this is consistently the worse service location.
I called to place an order for pickup. The person who answered the phone sounded like they were outside. Despite this, I still placed my order and mentioned that I wanted to prepay over the phone since someone else would be picking up for me. The man on the phone abruptly said no. I asked why, as I have done this many times before. He started yelling, saying it was a waste of his time and that I wouldn't show up. I was confused because even if I didn't show up, they would still have payment. After I mentioned this, he told me to call back later and hung up. It was disappointing because I love this place. I have never judged the restaurant, even though half of the lights are off in the building when you go to pick up your order, making it seem like you entered through the back door instead of the front entrance. Oh well, I guess all good things must come to an end.
