Shilla Patisserie Cafe - Centreville

I recently sampled a cake from this restaurant, and I found that the cream layer was denser and saltier than what you'd typically find elsewhere. Whether that's a positive or negative aspect really depends on individual preference, but it wasn't to my liking. I tend to prefer a soft and fluffy cream, which isn't offered here. Additionally, I noticed that this place is much more crowded than other nearby bakeries and cafés, suggesting it's a popular spot for young people to gather.

Visit early for the best selection of baked goods and bread, although they do restock some items throughout the day. You won’t be disappointed. The red beans are a favorite!

My family stopped by last night for dessert, and I was really disappointed. I ordered the bubble tea with almond milk because of my lactose intolerance. Unfortunately, the next day I had a terrible reaction and suffered from stomach cramps, gas, and bloating. I even had to miss work because of it. It’s frustrating that despite informing the staff about my intolerance, they didn’t seem to take it seriously or handle it properly.

I always wanted to try bingsu like in the videos. on this trip I got strawberry taste. on the first look they would think that the ice is tasteless, but the ice cream, earthy cream and rice cake make the ice tasteful. next time I want to try banana flavor.

I highly recommend this bakery! They offer a range of treats and each one was delicious. I ordered an eclair, red bean filled donut, and mango mousse. One of the employees even gave my younger brother a cookie for free after he complained to me about being only able to get one. It was incredibly kind of her.
