Smoke Rattle Roll - Centreville

I hate to give a local establishment a bad review, but my hopes are they will take this as constructive criticism. We've visited a few of their locations a number of times and have generally had bad experiences every time. I believe they're under new ownership, but the bad food has continued with the new owners. On the plus side, the staff is accommodating and pleasant. We've tried the BBQ, the tacos and the taco salad. All have come too greasy to eat. The brussel sprouts always taste old. The nail in the coffin? They don't have a normal BBQ sauce. They have 5 crazy flavor options, but no run of the mill BBQ sauce. The new (and old) owners ostracize you when you ask (and when you give bad reviews). Mission BBQ is a nationally recognized chain with multiple regular BBQ sauces, what makes you Smoke Rattle Roll so much better? I said it once, but I do not enjoy giving a hometown restaurant a bad review. My hopes are you shape up and we will return.

Wow. This was our first time here. We checked other reviews and saw positive comments so we gave it a try. We are from Texas and this was the best brisket sandwich I have ever had. Friendly service and good food. Highly recommend your try this place.

The food here is seriously addicting. The fried brussel sprouts are to die for, and where else in the area can you get brisket on your mac n cheese!?!?! Once you go one time you will be dying to go back! Plus the service is great and owners and super nice and friendly! Definitely one of my favorite spots in the area!

My wife and I tried this great restaurant after seeing pics and posts from our friends who had eaten there. They give you a large portions for a great price! We have been probably 5-6 times and each time we're very happy with our meals. The staff is friendly and inviting.... I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Stopped in for lunch while I was on this side of town. Brisket sandwich was awesome, will definitely be back.
