Eureka! - Cerritos

I visited this restaurant for the second time (the first was in Santa Barbara) and I couldn't resist ordering the bison burger topped with charred Fresno chile. You seriously need to try it if you enjoy a medium level of spice; you’ll love it! The truffle corn was bursting with flavor and wasn’t oily at all. The fried chicken sandwich was excellent and had a nice kick as well. Both drinks were fantastic with just the right amount of sweetness; the blackberry mocktail had a hint of tamarind and the watermelon fresca was wonderfully spiced.

Pretty decent gourmet burger restaurant! I had the bison burger (delicious but too spicy for me , my grandparent got a spicy chicken burger (also too spicy but delicious , and my sibling got the cowboy burger. I also got the charcoal lemonade. It's perfect for someone who wants a more tarty drink. The restaurant itself has a cute trendy vibe. My family usually prefers to sit inside but the patio area was so nice looking that we ended up eating outside. Overall, it was delicious and, even though my food ended up being too spicy for my tastes, I appreciate that they don't skip out on flavors.

We have been regulars at the Huntington Beach location and have always been very happy there. We moved closer to the Cerritos area and been here 3-4 times and so disappointing ever time we go. The food is always excellent it‘s the service is ALWAYS less to be desired! Unfriendly non responsive, and the vibe is always cold here not welcoming like HB. Not sure what’s missing here but I have always felt a good solid 5 star at HB. Since this was my 4th time here I am writing my review because I didn’t not want to give less than 5 star but I have to based on the consistent poor service this Cerritos location keeps giving. I have not seeing the same servers coming here so there may be a high turnover. Even though I consider this the be a hamburger stop plan on a $55-$85 stop for 2. Wish I could say this place is a great stop but maybe just maybe you may have good service my guess is mediocre service at best. For now on we will pass up this location and drive to the HB location to get what we were used to, good food and good service!

The food during my recent visit was slightly overcooked, but the chicken tenders are typically quite delicious. My go-to drink is the Headhunter (with a limit of two), and it was excellent as always. I still recommend checking this place out. Whether it's a chain or not, the food and drinks are consistently good.

The place was nice...wish they had more of a drink menu. Michael was cool he made sure we lacked nothing. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. The wings were amazing. Dry rub was my favorite. I will say clean the water glasses a little better ... spots on all our drinks.
