The hostess seemed scatterbrained and answered a phone call right after greeting us, telling the person on the phone that there was no wait. When she finally returned to us, she informed us of a 5-minute wait, which turned into 10 minutes before we were seated. She then handed us menus, only to later tell us they were incorrect. No one came to take our drink order. If you value good customer service, especially when paying high prices, I would suggest avoiding this restaurant. You may have a better experience waiting for a table at Kura next door.
