Call before visiting and ask how long the wait is. ???? But I'll tell you this: It. Is. Worth. The. Wait. ???? No mask, no entrance. ? Amazing food!!!! ???? I recommend their Tsukemen. Don't forget to squeeze some lime in the sauce. ? Enjoy! ???? Feel free to follow if you find this helpful ????
One bowl of the Garlic Truffle and Shoyu Fire ramen bowls, please. My buddy was coughing after taking a few sips of the firey broth during the pandemic and other patrons might have felt a little uncomfortable there lol. We enjoyed all the toppings, including the protein. The garlic truffle broth was thick and rich and the fatty chasu was yummy. It was a single piece of chasu so that was a bummer. The shoyu fire broth is also delicious and if I recall correctly, you canreduce the spice level and request the chili paste separately to add to your desire. The extra chili paste and the pepper is FIRE and will bring up a good sweat. A great ramen shop in this shopping area and a good lunch or dinner spot forsure. Can?t wait to be back and try the classic and tsukemen ramen.
Authentic and Delicious! Nice service as well. -1 star for cleanliness. I could tell if they used the same pot to cook the noodles and other stuff. (Noodles were found in edamame)
The Shoyu Ramwn is my go to and Silverlake never disappoints...really good ...made really quick...try their Chicken Karaage as well ...Sooooo good!
The Shoyu had a burnt flavor to it and my kids did not like it. The blaze was good. The Garlic Truffle had the most soggy noodles Ive ever had from a restaurant, like it was left in the pot for too long and would break when lightly stretched.
