Good selection of food on the menu but ended up being of very poor quality. To top it off the waiters were rude when we tried to send dishes back. Don't even bother coming here.
Waiter was in a bad mood from the start despite the fact the massive restaurant was virtually empty. Food arrived quickly. Ordered two different ravioli dishes, one prawn tagliolini and a taglitelle ragu. The prawn tagliolini was the worst. It was dripping in olive oil and tasted of burned garlic. It was bitter and disgusting. Both ravioli dishes were hard and clearly undercooked. The ragu sauce on one was basic and the sauce on the other was virtually only butter and Parma ham which did not work well. The taglitelle al ragu was very basic. Both ravioli dishes were filled with ricotta dispite this not being stated. We called the waiter over and we sent the ragu ravioli back and asked for a new one not to be made because we didn 't want to risk having more bad food at the table that we would then have to pay for. After about a minute my mum said she couldn 't eat her prawn tagliolini because it was so greasy and bitter (I tasted it). So we sent that back too. My dad and sister did not enjoy theirs but tried to eat it all anyway. We asked for the bill and it came to €52. For some reason only one of the meals had been taken off that we sent back and not both. We asked him about it and he said it was supposed to be like that . Don 't quite know how that is even relevant because if you order food and don 't eat it because it tastes bad you shouldn 't have to pay for it, even if it is right according to the chef. Either way, it defiantly wasn 't supposed to be dripping in oil and tasting like overpowering burned garlic. So we crossed it off the menu and gave him €40. So we payed for the other two meals which were partially eaten and all the drinks. He started refusing this and telling us he was going to call the police if we did not pay. We refused too and left. Then himself and the chef followed us out of the restaurant and down the road for at least half a minute demanding we pay and threatening with the police over €13 even though they had made €40 out of us and shouldn 't have even got a penny. The waiter is in denial that the food is bad and therefore this place will never change. The fact it is a family business means the chefs will remain poor as no one will be honest to them. The waiter will always believe the food is perfect and will defend every bad meal he serves. Do not go here. We only went because we thought it was the same restaurant as it was two years ago which we really liked. We aren 't sure why it changed into Piscari but it shouldn 't have. We didn 't take a photo of everything because we didn 't realise it would be this bad.
Excellent risotto with zucchini and shrimps without gluten.
We were greeted with coldness not even a greeting, the bathroom accompanied us to the umbrella without even looking at us in the face, the ashtray full of waste, the guests of the day before, the day after arriving at the beach our place had been occupied by other people. I went to the director and noticed that my place was busy. I'm not going anywhere.
