It's a place near my home from which I often pick up, almost always takeaway, but those times I stopped to eat in the place I felt good and calm. When I bring it home I always feel good. I recommend the cuisine of this place to everyone, excellent and with an excellent quality/price ratio. I read below about complaints about waiting times for deliveries. Well, there has never been a time that they were late for me, it's also true that I never limit myself to calling at 7.00 pm, how can I expect that by that time I won't have queue problems for things to prepare ...? This is the first time I've written such a negative review. if I can give 0 stars, I would but unfortunately 1 star is the maximum. I ordered at 8.30pm and it arrived before 10pm. I had even called to confirm if the order was safe because I had already been waiting more than an hour. the girl on the phone told me that they give us coca cola as a gift because it took them a long time to prepare the orders. When the orders arrived at home, I realized that 2 portions of spring rolls were missing. so I called them straight away. but the girl on the phone was very rude, telling me that in the meantime, they gave us coca cola to compensate for these 2 portions of missing rolls. (in truth the coke was because it took them so long to prepare the orders. but oh well.. plus, on the special rice we found RAW squid. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE! for the girl who spoke to me on the phone, learn to listen and understand the situation before speaking. learn to give respect to customers especially when YOU ARE WRONG. it was truly a bad experience. It's not possible that they spend HOURS preparing everything. the rider was polite and apologized but obviously it wasn't his fault at all. not just the restaurant. : in all of this, I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant. This will be the LAST time I order from you. NEVER AGAIN.

I place an order to receive the food at 8.00pm, at 8.20pm still nothing, I call and they tell me the deliveryman is coming. 8.45pm still nothing the deliveryman is arriving however the food is hot. 9.00pm nothing, I call and the deliveryman doesn't know where he is!
