A beautiful bar, a good atmosphere and a good mood

I had long hesitated to make a negative assessment of this establishment, something done today, it has been several times that I went to this tobacco bar to pick up cigarettes, and it is always the same melody, a gentleman who seems to be the head of the establishment. Who, with only 2 3 customers at the bar, feels visibly exceeded, as much as saying that he drowns in a glass of water, we wait every time more than 10 minutes of tobacco to get cigarettes, when at the last visit I made, then it was expensive on the cake, M. was with wine representatives was obviously much more busy to taste his wines than to come serve me on the cake. I'm not coming back to this place anymore!
