The snack is very good! Maybe I asked 15 times! It's a shame that the company doesn't have the slightest tact with the customer. The first time I needed to call them, when my order took a while to arrive, I was surprised by a somewhat heated service from the company. I insisted on trusting them with my orders, after all it is a good product. But, in this last order, I received a different burger. Ordered an artisanal hamburger and what I received, without a doubt, was an industrialized hamburger. My evaluation was not good on the order, and the surprise is that I received a call from the company, and a call not to try to reverse the error, but rather to question and discuss the bad evaluation. Almost blaming myself for complaining! As if I was really to blame for getting the wrong order! And to my surprise, the lady who called me to discuss the bad review even hung up on me! Exceptional service! It deserves a !
