Burger King Shell Romklao

Like all burger king in Thailand it is vastly overpriced. Equally ridiculous, I went there very early in the evening and couldn't get a simple whopper : as apparently they had run out of beef patties !!

The fried was old and almost cold!!! But the service is acceptable. Because the manager thrown the old one to the trash and make a new one for me.

Quality of food and service vary much and depending on location. This place definitively need cleanliness of tables and food checked and improved. Serving French Fries to your customer in this quality level is just disgusting. A shame for your Burger chain. I also feel the oil needs to be replaced and the chicken thighs we’re tasting old and not fresh. Will definitely not come back to this place with my kids.

I ordered for mushroom swiss and got so small portion of sauce comparing to the other branches.
