Feedback gevenThe worst place through my 11 days kerala tour. They pay commission to the cab drivers hence it is highly recommended by the tourist driver. Don't fall prey to them. The representatives are interested in only selling their own made products which are highly priced also in effective. The search on the net yo an find better spice garderns
Very beautiful garden. You will be able to see a variety of plantations. The guide tour is good in some parts but for the most part it sounds like marketing campaign for their shop. It was good to see how spices that we eat daily actually grows. We saw plants of pepper, cocoa, coffee, banana, turmeric, cardamon, ajwain, and many more. The fish pond was so dirty, you could feel sorry for the fishes. As soon as I opened tap of fresh water, all the fishes in the pond flocked at the place where fresh water was falling. They shouldn't keep the fishes if they can't take care of them, its almost cruelty.
They gave same side dishes for south and north meals except rice .
I wanted to stay there for few hours, from 8 am to 5pm with my friend.. is a guy, so don't know about couples are allowed or not. They charged me just Rs. 800. The rooms are pretty clean and the atmosphere was so peaceful. Loved it.
Information about spice is good. But entry ticket is costly. Plus the store sells standard manufactured items as their own. The store salesman /sales woman try to push things to sell, with aggression. The same items can be bought elsewhere at discount. We were fooled, by saying that, the items were manufactured by them. Spices too were costly. Many better place to buy spices... Avoid this one
