Went for a eat as much as you want buffet, food hot each time, plenty of food, enjoyed starters, ate too much to enjoy mains, disco was on, few people turned up to dance, be careful if yr near the toilet it was pretty cold in that area yesterday. I've ordered delivery meals from Kaya multiple times before, and eaten at the restaurant as well, and been quite impressed. However, today, my meal is nowhere in sight more than an hour (at the time of writing) after it should have arrived, and when I phoned to ask where it was, the person on the other end of the telephone shouted at me I don't know what they said as it wasn't in English, but the tone was not particularly friendly and hung up. Customer service is less than 0! I tried to order and the man ignored me completely answering the phone over and over and not even acknowledging I was waiting so I left and will definitely not be returning. Service: 1
