If they love to eat cold, then they visit this place, even if they do not come like a professional, welcoming environment here. they have more empathy for their customers. I'm sure they pay for reviews. you should say I'm sorry, but instead that's not true. very unprofessional and rude.

A-MAZ-za-ZING! away! faster service! many parkings around 230. we order a little of everything. ettoufee came with a mountain of perfectly fried garnelen! jambalaya was different than I was used to, but that was not important, great! the boudin! the budin! the bisque was also on the spot! this restaurant has bleeded the charts completely! for all states that I had seafood in this restaurant, is now my favorite! Do not forget to tap! they work their back and serve qualitatiw high quality foods at a price worth while!

We live in the st bernard state park, by gainesville ga) .. in local restaurants. visit this a restaurant! I had fried oysters shrimp platter! hubby had oyster platter! let me say. it was amazing! eating was hot! service with a smile of all people working there! and the prices are also great. we come back for a po boy! they also sell meeresfruit for the tour. If I could give it 0 stars I would. My cousins, a few friends, and I went here and receive terrible service. The crawfish was brought out to us cold and when we asked if we can get it heated, the waitress called my cousins friend trashy. The owner then came up to us and had the audacity to grab a crawfish from one of the plates and proceed to tell us that it was room temperature not cold. He gave us the ultimatum to eat or leave and we asked for our money back since we didn’t end up eating anything but he refused and instead called the police. The sheriffs who came were actually on our side and where well aware about the owner (I guess it’s not the first time this happens). But we were robbed of our money and got absolutely nothing to eat. Worst experience I’ve ever had eating out anywhere. If a customer asks for something hotter/more ice etc., it should not be this chaotic for decent service. This is simply unacceptable.

Never in my life I have experienced such horrible service. The staff and owner were racist. As soon as we entered the employees started to give us nasty attitude. We are not from Louisiana, so we are not use to eating cold crawfish. If you like horrible customer service and cold crawfish come here. We weren’t even being rude up until the started getting nasty with us. I was going to take my L and eat the cold crawfish when one of the employees tells me “yall are trashy, you should be embarrassed”. I do not recommend coming here at all. The owner literally did not want to do anything to fix the issue. Please please please save your money and take it somewhere else! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
