Le Reflex Gourmand

My boyfriend and I went to a concert in the outskirts of Châlons. When we came back to town after the concert it was very late and we were very hungry. We searched the whole town for a place to get something to eat and finally found Le Reflex. Even though they had started closing down and putting away the outside tables and chairs, they assured us that it wasn't a problem ordering food. It was about midnight. We ordered a pizza each and a desert of bleeding heart chocolate cake. The pizza was the best pizza we've had in years. Traditionally made with the crispest crust one could imagine - lots of value for money, we couldn't finish it off. The chocolate cake was wonderful! The service was amazing - everyone was so nice and welcoming. We definitely recommend this place and wish the restaurant all the best in the future. If we ever come back to Châlons, we will definitely be coming back to this restaurant!
