Nijaguna Residency - Chamarajanagar

Staff are extremely good polite and smiling. But in the given circumstances they can't do better. There is some problem with management due to which hotel isn't good. No proper upkeep. No proper replacement of damaged parts, etc. Needs improvement. The silver lining is there is no other good premium property in Chamarajanagara. Hence no choice. If demand improves things may improve at this resort. Rooms: Maintenance needs improvement. Safety: Very safe n secure.

Ambiance was Good. But service was poor. Staff Chandan was Good person. He will help u with hotel service. Food also ok ok. Not that much good. Just for stay is ok. Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 3
