Chick-fil-a - Chambersburg

5:40 pm Thursday over one hour this location failed kids meal. Walked in so order correct (5 nuggets FF and apple juice). Take out order just nuggets. Easier go WENDY'S and get french fries and Capri Suns juice at home collosal fail

Where to start? First off we did place quite large order and the food was great and all there (for the most part) What grinds my gears is that they didn't put a single sauce pack in our order and when we went back to ask for sauce they tried to charge usfor large bottles? Jesus would not approve! On top of the poor customer service many of our drinks were the wrong size i.e. mydrink was to be a large half and half with unsweet tea however mine was a medium and most of our orders of tenders were thewrong count. WACK!

Slow and didn't get my order right a couple of times, though they were crowded and very busy. Friendly staff who tried to pull things together. GF bun wasn't the greatest, but at least they have that option. Will definitely give them another trysomeday.

I was tentative to go considering their viewpoints, but got outvoted by the people is as with. Sandwiches were good, waffles fries too. Everything was hot, staff was kind, and restaurant was one of the cleanest fast food places I've been to.

Great, friendly, and on time service. Ordered for pickup and food was brought out quickly and correctly. The app is so convenient for ordering and picking up/for the drive through. There is even an outdoor pickup window! The fact that you getpoints towards more delicious food is an added bonus!
