I discovered this magical place by its external architecture. 1 hotel, 1 restaurant; The food-pretentious orangery, and a more modest restaurant La Cantine de Candie that I chose. We were three years old. The culinary quality was there... but it's a problem! I didn't see what I was eating. A real problem with lighting (bad choice at the electrician level.. Sure. Or a lack of budget that seems to me to be a shame for a hotel group that wants to make this place showcase! The service was good... a lack of insurance, knowledge of the products... a few sentences all made. and no response to our request at the lighting level. We could be moved... there was a nearby lamp that he could also move....When I worked in the P.Bocuse group, I was always told that nothing was impossible from the moment it was a customer request. I am a tough one on this opinion, but promises to come back to eat the beautiful day to enjoy the outdoor setting.
Very nice restaurant, the dishes are good and worked for the price, the service is a little long and the meat was very fat, except that everything was very good for a price more than correct in a beautiful setting! Let's go back.
Evening meal at 4, perfect dishes from the entrance to the dessert and attentive servers and small treatments! Cherry on the cake, the wine was excellent and the beautiful decoration! We'll be back.
Excellent waiting staff, great value for money. Food was fresh, well prepared and enjoyable without being pretentious
