L'Actuel Restaurant - Chambéry

Find food on Sunday evening in Chambéry is hard job so we have a chance to this place. After placing the order, we were told it will take time, a lot of time so we ended up just ordering the aperitif plate. Drink never came, it was busy… I mean at max 10 people. One of the girl had the face of a funeral widow more like why are you here The other one young was doing her best but no enough Bottom line people were waiting, food arrived in the end with the drink. If we had had the drink sooner we would have order a second round Clearly wrong management , bad prep, inexperienced staff

Unfortunately, the staff were oblivious to a customer wanting to be served.. After waiting at the bar for over 10 minutes, (and it wasn't busy), trying to get the attention of the waitress, who was clearly more interested in chatted to another guy at the bar, who had been served, lucky him... I left and took my custom next door.... Very poor staffing skills... Shame

The service is pleasant and the dishes are very good. Nothing to say quality/price. Friendly atmosphere and decoration.

A top staff! A bar where I like to sit. Smile. A table more than correct. A dish on pizzas... But the cuisto is young... Less fillings!!! For all the rest, all the people sent were happy. A kiss to the whole team. F.Charlet
