The waiter was incredibly friendly, and the garden is lovely to sit out in on a sunny day as it's sheltered by a big tree. We had the eggs benedict (don't find them very often in Geneva! . Very good. Would come back. Worth the 6 minute train ride from Cornavin.
Good value. very nice staff and the food was fair value in a nice setting ...much the best in Chambesy in my humble opinion.
This restaurant no longer exists. It is now called L’Auberge and is the application restaurant of the Ecole Hôtelière of Geneva. Thanks for coming.
We were there on a Sunday morning to have a brunch. We were welcomed by a woman who was anything but smiling. And she was like that during the whole service (we stayed 1h). Normally, a fresh orange juice is included in the brunch menu but she didn 't propose it and we had to specially ask for it as the brunch menu was served without. The pain perdu , which is sweet, was served in the same plate as our scrambled eggs and all the cinnamon of the pain perdu was spread over the eggs. We were 3 but we had jam for only 2 slices of bread... However, the place is pretty and the chef is trying to make up for the waitress 's mistakes.
Good food, well presented and able to care for big groups, this restaurant provided, but I think was a bit on the expensive side for what you have. I had the lamb and it was a firm effort, tender with a good sauce. The Entrecote, which some colleagues looked good. The atmosphere was a beautiful balance between shops like, friendly and respect your room to socialize with your party:
