Le Mont Blanc Restaurant

A woman from NY who was staying at our hotel (Mont Blanc, highly recommend!) encouraged us to try this farm-to-table restaurant so we thankfully cancelled

Food: The roast duckling was superbCooked to perfection with delicious side vegetables and mashed potatoes.

Found this gem in Chamonix through tripadvisor and I'm so glad we checked it out.

Located in the magnificent Hotel Mont-Blanc with a picturesque setting, we ventured to Mont Blanc restaurant with expectations the dining experience would match the 5-star hotel rating. We secured a table outside near the pool, and settled in to celebrate a family member's milestone birthday. The service from the outset was poor, and unfortunately remained that way through the evening. From repeated requests for butter to complement the bread, mistaken delivery of a main meal, failure to provide requested wine, the sloppy service overshadowed the lovely food. What we ate was delicious and impressive, however the service was the main talking point amongst our international group.

In this sportive backpackers mountain village with fountains and chalets turned into a disrespectful concrete piazza remains this beautiful perfectly modernized elegant hotel. In cosy bar tasty food served by real professionals.
