Le Refuge - Chamonix-Mont-Blanc

A group of 11 of us ate here twice during a 6-day visit to Chamonix and went to another occasion for a few drinks. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The place has a beautiful atmosphere... it, its small but the ambience is beautiful. The menu is small and simple, but the food was good on both occasions, I was not particularly adventurous and had a burger on both occasions I think son had Steak and we were all agreed, it was good. They serve a kind of roasted chips that were very good. All round, informal, good food, nice beers, a good Apres ski location for families.
