I came with my friend, who got grilled with salami, and I got the blue ox. the blue ox was fantastic, and at any other time, if we had just reached that, I would have been satisfied. but then I tried the humble salami and the cheese, and my mind was blown. it was so good that I write a review about it, and I never write reviews. the salami was absolutely the best I ever had. there were long after a bite. absolutely incredible. highly recommended
I've been in champaign for two years and I'm still finding a better business or a better food. I was in some of the best delis on the east coast and this place is just as good. they have the special items that I can find nowhere else, the fish is top quality, the meat is all fantastic and they have a crazy sort, the same also applies to the cheese. one of the best parts is that all employees seem to know what they are talking to all flesh and cheese and they offer rehearsals that is beautiful for a picky person like me. the best is however the sandwiches, and it is not even close. each sandwich my family or I have ordered from them is incredible. they use the beautiful things to them and the variety and species they can get is better than any other around. the Cuban is really amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place.
10/10 recommended as soon as they go into the load, they are surrounded by grill sandwiches aromen. ? tried Sushi Salmon last time and took some laughter heads and trimmings today they are all fresh and juicy. it is very convenient that they simply have an online and pick up tomorrow. the personal is also friendly!
Placed in the midst of a small stripe of s. mattis ave, cheese crackers is a hidden gem of a sandwich shop. when they enter the load from the road first, they find themselves immediately in front of regals of stocks (many of them Italian.) at the far end of the food is a refrigerator with fresh fish. the true shade is between you and those who prepare sandwiches. within the space diving, the cool case is a huge selection of cheese of all kinds, deli-meat and olive groves in brine. you may begin to grow before you even find the menu on the wall. since we celebrated a birthday and wanted everything to be right, I called the evening before I asked about the menu and the ordering process. I had been happy to talk to the owner, bart. we discussed some of the sandwiches a little and why he used a kind of brot about another and how well the warm sandwiches keep when they can?t eat them immediately. (BTW-Bart says warm sandwich should be eaten as soon as possible to get their best taste and texture. he was so excited about what he did, that I was so excited to pick up my sandwich the next day. Despite warning from the night before, I decided to try the rueben, as it is rare that I get a really good Rueben to lunch. the main element of the sandwiches was, of course, a generous buck of thin-cut grained bark, which itself was perfectly cooked and not in the least hard. the herb and dressing added to the meat a sweet and tasty taste a little salty taste. the whole sandwich was slowly heated to the point where the marble sprinkled, the Swiss cheese melted and the middle of the sandwich was also warm. the sandwich is easily wound open so that steam can escape during its journey from the shop to the table. in my case it was almost twenty minutes before I could sit and enjoy it and the brot had not yet begun to get soggy. this sandwich went perfectly with some salty potato chips. the rest of my family ordered the premium Italian, premium club, every day is thanksgiving and the Cuban. there must be something that the sandwiches are warmed up on a cool spring day, but my son explained that he had the best sandwich of the baptism (the Cuban.) the next day I decided to come back and try the Cuban for me. the aromen seem like a mid-west version of the classic cubano. there were missing some of this key west taste that comes from the use of more of carnitas type of pork. her menu says that they use Italian boar. Apart from that, the aromen were very good together and particularly delicious on a rainy day, since the sandwich is heated and how the reuben is roasted. also, like the reuben, cheese cracker? the Cuban sandwich is made on marble, which is another deviation from the classic cubano. what makes this sandwich so good is the crispy pickle in the middle, which seems in contrast to the soft, melted cheese and tangy senf. I wish I would
