Chipotle Mexican Grill - Champaign

Short staffed and out of everything. No apologies. Stood in line 10 minutes to find out they were out of steak and no plans to cook any. Dishes stacked everywhere. I won't be back until the students return in the fall.

The food is always great, but they're really busy so tables aren't usually clean and the bathrooms are ehhh

I took first bag of chips back they was stale and soggy second bag same. And the price 4.50 for half the serving it use to be. This whole experience was not worth 1 star but no different than most food establishments. Workers don't care

People seem unhappy to be there the line are long and they give you rice and beans like they are paying for it personally

This place is in serious need of a clean-up, and the staff could use some improvement in their customer service skills.
