Dunkin' - Champaign

This restaurant has the best chocolate milk in the city. Their donuts are also delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me an extra donut for free when they ran out of the one I wanted.

This restaurant was terrible. During a road trip, we stopped here for coffee and to use the restroom. It was unbelievably filthy. The bathroom was even worse than any gas station restroom I have ever encountered. The location seemed unsafe and the beverage was terrible, nothing compared to my usual Dunkin' Donuts.

I am visiting from out of town and ordered a large hot chocolate with whipped cream at Dunkin Donuts on 1302 North Prospect, Champaign, IL. Unfortunately, the hot chocolate tasted watery and there was no whipped cream as I had paid for. Despite trying to call the restaurant multiple times, there was no answer, which reflects poorly on their customer service. This has happened to me at several different Dunkin Donuts locations and as a result, I will never be returning to this chain again. I am very disappointed and will be deleting the Dunkin Donuts application. #156.

Super clean and organized store. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Usually hit or miss with Dunkin but this one was definitely a hit!Food: 4/5
