Outback Steakhouse - Champaign

Steaks were not as good as i have experienced other visits to Outback. My wife and two daughters thought so as well. Nothing wrong, but nothing extraordinary. Service was good, no issues there. I prefer Texas Roadhouse as a better option

Very understaffed but they made it through I guess ,so slow service but they were trying had endless soup and salad only it took so long and they were short only had 2 one salad and a bowl of chili then left so they could get to other people

The steak was rare, but the rest of the meal was excellent.

The steak was not cooked to my liking. When I sent it back, it came back burnt on one side from being placed under the broiler. This made it tough to eat. It was disappointing that the manager did not follow up after I sent the dish back. There was no sign of him at all.

We had one of the best waitresses in quite some time at this restaurant - Paulina A.! She was attentive and incredibly helpful, even enjoying the jokes my husband told.
