Papa Johns - Champaign

Ordered pizza and we have the confirmation email at 18:31 clock with a delivery time of 7:45 clock. it is now 8:17 pm and the branch manager is sorry, but I can't go faster and we offered to pick it up and have been informed as it was an order before order, they can't turn it on, Calculate us or do anything for us at all!

Usually my pizza and cheesesticks come well, but today both missed a lot of cheese. How can I enjoy a pizza without a cheese? or cheese sticks without the cheese!? what a waste of money!

I didn't cook the wings or the pizza all over, I wondered why everything was done so quickly. Literally unusable, wait from $40 and dinner

On 6-25-22, I was very disappointed to try to order the Special Large Pizza and Side $13.99....because I was told I couldn 't pick my side......my only choice was garlic knots. However there was a separate special listed as Large Pizza Garlic Knots $13.99.....so I feel like this is false advertising. When you look at the advertised sides I should have been able to choose the regular breadsticks, or any other side. These were 2 separate offers. I spoke with Shannon at the Champaign Location on Springfield, she tried to help me but couldn 't get authorization from the 'higher up ' to give me the offer they were advertising.

If you want a pizza with a 4 inch wide crust... this would be the place to go. 2 out of the last 3 orders have been this way and finding this out when I get home to Mahomet didn't help.
