Taco Bell - Champaign

Drive them thru person not very friendly, do not ask them whether a sauce needs or even give them a chance to ask some. the bag and turns away immediately. hardly a meat on the tacos was usually cheese and dish not even 1/3 full yet. Cinnabon bites were cold at all not warm. parking: terribles design for drive thru and for parking

The staff was friendly, but there was a mistake with one of our orders. Once we got home, we called them, and they said they would note down our name so we can rectify it next time. As for vegetarian options, they can adapt nearly everything, which is great. However, just be cautious to ensure they get the order right, as it can be a bit tricky to open some of the drive-thru dishes without making a mess. Regarding parking, this location has ample parking available, but the parking bays are a bit cramped. I think this is more of an issue with city planning than the restaurant itself.

I was really disappointed that they were out of the Mexican pizza. I never got a chance to try it, and I was looking forward to experiencing something new since everyone talked about it so much. However, the staff has always been wonderful and very accommodating. They've gone out of their way to make my experience better. Thank you!

A big shout-out to the ladies working the Thursday afternoon shift! They are always incredibly kind and efficient. They really made my Mexican pizza delicious! Be sure to add extra cheese, extra tomatoes, and sour cream. Thank you, ladies!

It's definitely hit or miss here with wait times, but I don't really mind because their staff have always been extremely kind.
