Colombia, a treaty from beginning to end! The temptation menu at 33 euros is as rich as delicious. Inside, the lens cream with foie gras debris is divine. The brie sauce brie de flexion (carrelet) is as original as tasty, and in dessert, the vintage at kiwi, a sort of clafoutis with corn flour, allows to finish even if you are not hungry at all. I was also able to taste the three creams burned, ice cream with violet and pears, desserts are really homemade and for once at the height of dirt. The service is also absolutely perfect: the lady who received us and served was effective, patient, explained to us all the names of unusual dishes, and small care with natural and discretion throughout the meal. Many choices of organic wines, a small card, composed of ingredients from reasoned and organic farming, as recommended by the Master Restaurator label, whose dove is part. We'll be back!
