Maverick's Wood Grill - Champlin

I had probably the worst mac cheese i ever had in my life. the pork on it was terrible too... but i still love this place. other stuff is good, the wings are good. our server was the sweetest EVER. i love her. the place is cool. i love it. mac cheese sauce is not good. oh well.

A group of us went there on a Wednesday at 3:00. There was maybe 1 or 2 customers and the first thing the bartender says is “do you have a reservation” no we just came for drinks. “Did you call ahead?” No we just came for drinks. “We don’t have a big enough table for all of you” we want to sit on the patio can we put the tables together? “No I just told the other person you can’t. You were probably busy talking”. WTH!?!? Very rude. We’ll take our business else where next time. Also was given glasses of water with no ice and one glass had lipstick on it.

We had Baltimore Hot wings and a Burger Royale with cluck me up fries..seriously SO good. ? ? we also had a Paloma, and Midnight Express martini ? both cocktails were delicious. Thank you for a fabulous date night!!

Mother’s Day Buffet!!! Food was so delicious. Drinks were amazing. All staff knocked it out of the park today.

Love this place. It is the epitome of the neighborhood bar. Come for the conversation and stay for the food. Listening to the bartender talk about how the elephant has the biggest p3n15 at 6 and a half feet was entertaining while eating. This is one of our go to places for food drink.
