Barro's Pizza - Chandler

I visited the restaurant on Saturday night, and there was only one other table occupied. While the food was definitely good, the service left something to be desired, as the server was not very friendly. She had a bit of an attitude when taking our orders. I would certainly recommend the food, but I would choose to visit a different location rather than return here.

At the counter, I was told they tried to reach me regarding a substitution, but I had no missed calls at all. The customer service was the worst part. There was no attention given to those waiting for their food; the staff appeared more focused on new customers while the food sat unattended on the counter. Furthermore, I could overhear them speaking negatively about the customers from the waiting area, which was unprofessional. The manager was nowhere to be seen, and the staff coming from the back seemed unhurried to deliver food to patrons. Overall, it felt very unprofessional. When I got home and examined the food, I noticed bits of other dishes mixed in, indicating that the prep stations aren’t being cleaned properly. Some of the pizza was missing cheese, and the garlic we ordered was clumped together, creating little "garlic land mines" for us to deal with. For someone like me with food allergies, this is a serious issue. I’m seriously considering contacting the health board because it seems this establishment is poorly managed and has an untrained staff.

I went from waiting 20 minutes for pizza at this location to now never waiting less than an hour. The two ladies who usually work at the front have become increasingly aggressive with customers. They openly complain about other customers in the lobby and completely ignore people. It's unprofessional, and I won't be returning to this location. I'm really disappointed, as this was my go-to spot at least once a week.

Took delivery of 4 pizzas at a birthday party of my granddaughter. The taste was very good and the good amount of vegetables onion, tomatoes capsicum, olives, along with cheese made it quite delicious. Loved it hot.

It?s a joke! I ordered two pizzas online for dinner and It was almost 5 pm. I got an email regarding my order that showed I will get my order the next day at 10:30 am., I called and the the lady on the phone said there is No delivery after 5 pm. I told herthat nothing on the website showed that then she said ok you will get it but it will take an hour and a half!! I didn?t receiveit and its passed already been an hour and a half I called them again and they told me No delivery!! I either come to pick it upor wait another 45 minutes!!! I had a really bad experience and ended up without getting my dinner.
