Black Rock Coffee - Chandler

I had the worst experience at Black Rock Coffee. I decided to stop in because Starbucks was too busy, but I should have known better when there was no line at Black Rock. They made my latte incorrectly and charged me $7 for a medium! After drinking it, I got a terrible migraine. The coffee and service were both low quality. I will never go back to this place again.

I usually love black rock. But lately it's been taking 20+ mins just for a cold brew coffee and a ham and cheese croissant. The last time I got the croissant, it was warmed up but not warm at all. The cheese was hard and chewy. I would not get it again. Oven needs to be checked or it was not properly heated.

We got take-out Matcha Latte. Honestly one of the worst matcha I have tried. There was hardly any matcha powder. We basically paid $6 for a cup of milk. We got multiple and they were all the same.

My favorite place for a quick energy drink! Plus the food is from a local bakery and supporting local is amazing! Kid-friendliness: They always wave or say hi to my kids making them feel welcome at a place more geared towards caffeine needing adults.

I am a dasher, I was told by the cashier that even if they don 't have your order ready on time, you still have to continue waiting in line. That terrible service, I will report this to all dasher to be care about this store. Bad service I never have. The guy attached is the guy who told me still wait, very bad attitude. This order supposed be ready by 7:24 now is 7:56 I am still waiting for that order
