Jack in the Box - Chandler

This Jack in the Box restaurant in the valley is without a doubt the worst. Do not go there after 8:00 PM, as there is a 75% chance that their computers are down, meaning they can't take orders or process credit card payments. They may only accept cash, be closed for cleaning, or have some other issue. I've been there five times this month after 8:00 PM and each time they weren't taking orders, causing customers to drive away. On the one occasion they did serve me, they only accepted cash, which seemed suspicious. And when I did pay with cash, my order was incorrect. This experience has convinced me to never return to this Jack in the Box location.

That's the only one I know every time I stop in the food, always fresh and hot.

I was disappointed with the new recipe for the chicken strips at this restaurant, located past Jack in the Box on Arizona. The strips were cut into pieces, which I did not like. Additionally, the tacos had American cheese in them, which was unexpected.

The tacos were delicious, but it took 20 minutes to receive them. It seemed like they were not equipped to handle the small dinner rush that occurred at 5 pm.
