McDonald's - Chandler

This situation has improved considerably and the staff has gone far. their staff, if friendly and welcoming. well doesn't take long. it will be 20 minutes waiting.

The service was lukewarm. the workers pretended they didn't know what they were doing. I was there with my grandsons and it took them forever to fill our commands. I've never been to a mcdonald. it was the slowest mcdonald’s ever!

Was at a busy time when there was a lobby full of school children. I made the comment to my crew "It is amazing that as busy as they were, we really have our eating fast "food: 4/5

Good eating freshly made hot when we ate here at 10/8/22 at 2145. the drive thru order was made simple and so. our? was hot!? our hot N-spicy mc chicken was as expected delish. our cheeseburgers were fresh and well presented.? our 2 apple cakes we ordered were really 2 strawberry cream cakes. they seemed to have done/taste over.? everything in all this mc donald hit the place before he goes back to tucson. we would give them another attempt in the future.

I love McDonald’s but this location is horrible! They take really long on the food and they don’t even open on time. I would go to their drive thru 5:05 5:08 and nothing. I’d see two cars there so I know they are open but of course lobby would be close. Horrible!
